A week long religious discourse, called Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, given by Acharya Shri Akhilji Maharaj at Bhaktyoga Dham was a great success. Thousands of devotees gathered from abroad and from different parts of India for the grand inauguration of Bhaktyoga Dham and the temple of RamanBihariji along with the very gripping narration of story of Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. Lord Krishna is no secret to any Hindu but the way Acharyaji presents the story makes it a unique listening experience. He proved that the Katha is not just another entertainment based on a sentimental story. It is a reminder of the very principles that guide & regulate our lives. He explained those principles in a very interesting manner picking up stories from the lives of people in the history as well as contemporary times. He gave numerous examples how these principles were upheld by great saints & souls for thousands of years. He cautioned the audience that these stories & incidents are only the conveying tools for the real message. Among the myriads of stories one should never lose the focus from principles. Acharya ji delivered a powerful message of love, forgiveness and hope.
